The RIGS RAMP is built to be a piece of equipment you use for the rest of your training career. We back it for life against manufacturing defects — original owner, as long as you own the board.
What's covered
- Structural failure under normal training use
- Surface or grip delamination not caused by misuse
- Hardware or joinery defects
What's not covered
- Normal cosmetic wear (scuffs, scratches)
- Damage from outdoor storage, water, or extreme heat
- Misuse, dropping, or modifying the board
- Commercial gym use (contact us for commercial warranty)
- Anti-slip tape (consumable — wears with use; replacement rolls sold separately in the shop)
Note on anti-slip tape
The grip surface on the RIGS RAMP uses replaceable anti-slip tape. Like the rubber on your shoes, it's designed to wear with use. Replacement rolls are available as a separate product in the shop and are not covered under the lifetime warranty.
How to file a claim
- Email info@rigsramp.com with your order number and a photo of the defect.
- We'll review within 2 business days and respond with next steps.
- Approved claims receive a replacement at no cost.
