Straight-leg and bent-knee stances on the RIGS RAMP

Built for the muscleeveryone skips.

Your calf is made up of two primary muscles. The RIGS RAMP is a precision calf training instrument that gives each one its own fixed angle, so each muscle gets the activation it needs.

What RIGS stands for

Restore. Increase. Gastrocnemius. Soleus.

The gastrocnemius is the calf muscle you can see. The soleus sits underneath it, and it's the one that's easy to skip.

RIGS RAMP has one fixed angle for each. Step off, flip it around, and you're on the other one, with nothing to adjust and nothing to guess.

Stop training half your calf.

Who's behind it

Built by someone who needed it.

If you've spent years chasing ankle, knee or back problems, I've been there. I went through clinics and specialists too, until a flexibility screening from a late mentor pointed to a tight soleus.

Working on it changed how I moved, so I set out to build something other people could use too. I spent a summer building prototypes until I got it right. That became the RIGS RAMP.
