Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order shipped anywhere in the United States, including US territories.

When your order ships

Orders ship within 5–7 business days of purchase. This is our dispatch time — the time we need to prepare and ship your order.

Delivery

After your order ships, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days within the contiguous United States, so most orders arrive within about 8–14 business days of purchase. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may take longer. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Damaged in shipping

If your RIGS RAMP arrives damaged, we will replace it. Email info@rigsramp.com with your order number and photos of the damage, and we will send instructions for returning the damaged ramp. RIGS RAMP covers the cost of that return.
